HEALTH IS A STATE OF BODY. WELLNESS IS A STATE.
The Wellness Committee at Texas A&M College of Dentistry was formed to encourage and motivate the students to enrich their success story by creating habits of good physical and mental health while pursuing their dreams of becoming dentists. This is accomplished through several events, activities and newsletters hosted by ASDA to help students live a more healthy and happy lifestyle while in school.
Only when we are at our best can we then provide the best care.
