Vendor Fair FAQ
1. Who do i contact?
Please email Francesca Daigle, the fundraising coordinator, with any further questions regarding vendor fair at daigle@tamhsc.edu. ****If you have any questions, please contact us directly and NOT the school. We will be happy to answer your questions.
2. What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we will not be offering refunds.
3. Where should I park?
Valet will be available at the venue for $10 per car. Free parking can be found in the areas surrounding the venue. Parking will be non-refundable.
4. Can I send items beforehand?
Yes, however, we ask that you do not have them delivered earlier than 3 days prior to the event. Please notify Michelle regarding how many items will be delivered and when to expect them. We do not claim responsibility for items that are not received on time.
5. What is the location?
The Backyard
505 N Good Latimer Expy, Dallas, TX 75204
6. What time?
The fair will start promptly at 5:00PM until 6:30PM.
7. When can I set up?
Vendors can start setting up at 2:30PM.
8. How will I know where my booth is?
All booths will be pre-assigned and assignments will be made known to vendors ahead of time.
9. What is a typical raffle prize?
Vendors in the past have donated giftcards, loupes cases, etc. ***Gifts should not exceed $50 in value. Raffle prizes will only be given to students who complete the scavenger hunt sheet.
10. How do i pay?

11. What will be provided for me?
We will provide a booth, a scavenger hunt sheet for students to get signed as they go through the booths. A table cloth will not be provided.
